1) Users buy scripts and robots that visit there sites automaticaly, this help them in making more page impressions.
2) There are many websites that take money from u and help u in making fast money with
adsense.
3) My friends use to ask people on yahoo chat to click on there ads.
But i feel that all are a waste of time and money.
We should make a good website and make it popular this is only thing by which we can make money.
Google pay u for genuine clicks and genuine page impressions. If u have 10 page impressions and
10 clicks or more than that this shows that u have ask ur friends or people to click on ur ads.
If u visit ur site many times a day then also google can know because of ur IP address is shown.
And as oscar wise says For every thing u have to pay for it

If u are not able to approve adsense account. Then don't worry
If u don't have the high level website(.com .net .co.uk etc). Then don't worry
If ur not from country USA, Canada, UK then there will be less chances to approve adsense account.Because these countries are on upper hand for google.
The best way is Sign up with a USA, Canada, UK address then i can prove that ur account will be approve surely.
Then when it been approve the u cannot change country directly, There is only one ways to request google to change ur country.

The second thing is if u sign up with a free domian or blog then google will not approve ur account.
But if u don't want to waste ur 10$ in buying a domain and want a google adsense account is
